Explore the skills necessary to balance various objects (candles, sword, basket, cane) on your head and hips, and in your hands. All levels, shapes, and sizes are encouraged to attend! Floor Flavor

Add a new level of sass to your dance with the art of floor work! Participants will learn exercises for increasing muscle strength as well as many sensuous movements used to create floor flavor! All levels, shapes, and sizes are encouraged to attend!
