Belly Dance Level I - Foundations - Here students learn the basics of belly dance, which include the history of belly dance; proper belly dance posture; anatomical structure; introductory movements unique to belly dance; isolation of various body parts; and drills to increase muscle memory. This class is beneficial for all belly dance levels! (Students must have instructor's permission to move to the next level.)

Belly dance Level II - Intro to Choreography & Fluidity of Movements - Students begin to explore various methods of linking movements together in order to create a fluid dance of sensuality and feminine mystery. Also, students learn the basic formula to developing a choreography. (Students must have instructor's permission to move to the next level.)

Belly dance Level III - Layering, Musical Interpretation & Theatrics - Here, students learn to layer basic movements with more complex isolations. Also, students begin to understand the intricate elements to interpreting music for performance. Various stage techniques are explored in order to awaken stage presence and develop techniques for captivating an audience.
